Service Details

We realize that each job is different and that each client has unique needs. We are happy to work within your time requirements and budget considerations to provide you with prompt, professional document service.

• Each service regardless of the priority level will be attempted three times before additional charges are incurred. We will discuss the situation with you if more attempts are necessary.
• Our quoted prices are for service where a correct address is provided to us prior to the first attempt. If the address you provide is not correct, we will contact you for further instructions on how to proceed. We offer skip tracing services for an additional fee.
• Mileage is included in the base fee if the service is within the greater Nashville area (Davidson, Williamson, Maury Counties). We will provide you with a mileage quote if service is to be completed outside this area.
• You will be notified by phone or email upon successful service.
• An affidavit of service will be mailed to you upon completion of service. If you require specific wording in the affidavit, please include it with the original documents.
• We are happy to provide you with audio/video proof of service if needed. Please discuss this type service with us if you feel it may be necessary for your case.
